2023 is here and I am back!

I know it's been ages since I've emailed. Things have been so busy, and I also spent a few weeks before christmas dealing with an injury in my back that made it really hard to sit for long periods. Which means I haven't been painting a ton, but I thought I'd pop by this week to let you know what I HAVE been up to, and what I will be doing now that I am feeling so much better!
2. What I am working on now! 3. What's coming! This is where things start to heat up. You may (or may not...) have noticed I've got a new logo up there ^^^ I am launching a new website soon, and my current site is a one-pager for now but I am hoping to have the new site up and running by the end of February. In the meantime, you can contact me right here for all your art needs! Why a new website, you ask? 2023 is the year I will be launching learning opportunities through my site! I have been teaching art for at least 8 years now, but its finally time to get it online so I can reach more awesome aspiring artists and help more people discover the awesomeness of making art! I am launching a few learning opportunities through this year, but once I iron out those details you will be the first to know! That's one perk of being on my list! (There will be more perks, don't worry) Lastly, I am also launching a weekly Artist's Tip email where I will send out a short email 100% focused on giving you a valuable tip for making art! Since I work in a variety of mediums, this weekly tip will include tips about watercolour, oil and acrylic, ceramics, and other mediums! Best of all, I will be including tips about inspiration and getting through the ups and downs of life as a creative: something I've become a little too familiar with lately (haha!) Hi Reader! Black Friday (and cyber monday) are finally over so I hope you've seen the last of those email blasts from everyone (else!) The holidays are coming and I am not sure how I feel about it. I am hosting christmas dinner this year, which is exciting! In my small apartment it will be...interesting. But I know its going to be fun! As I prepare for the holidays I feel a cloud coming over me...what do I get everyone for christmas?! I try to keep my gifts to things my people really want....
